Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week. Running, skipping, cycling, dancing, workout DVD etc… But i mainly skipped and went running. This is what i’ve been doing since the day i started.
Diet: 1200 calories a day. Some examples of things i ate, breakfast was always coffee and something like porridge, eggs, toast with jam, peanut butter and banana… Lunch was usually a banana, apple or salad. Dinner was chicken breast and vegges, fish and vegges… Snakcs were nuts and fruit.
